How is ContractorFlow different from Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan?

Jobber and Housecall Pro are excellent service-CRM products built for residential service trades. ServiceTitan is a heavy enterprise platform for large HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. ContractorFlow is a complete operating system built for general contractors, builders, remodelers, and growing trade businesses — including job costing, materials, payroll support, AR, and forward-looking cash flow that the service-CRMs don't handle. You don't need to bolt on QuickBooks for accounting or a separate estimating tool — it's all native.

We already use QuickBooks. Does ContractorFlow replace it?

For most contractors, yes — for everything operational. ContractorFlow handles invoicing, AR aging, vendor bills, job costing, payroll calculations, and financial reporting. We export to QuickBooks Online or Desktop for general ledger and tax prep if you want to keep your CPA workflow. Many customers eventually move everything to ContractorFlow; others keep QuickBooks as the GL of record. Either path works.

We're a 4-person crew. Are we too small for ContractorFlow?

No. Owner-operators and 2–10 employee contractors are our fastest-growing segment. The starter plan is priced for small teams. If anything, smaller teams see the biggest margin improvement because every spreadsheet you replace was hand-maintained by the owner.

Does it work on mobile? My crews don't want another app.

Native iOS and Android apps built for one-handed use with gloves on. Crews mostly use four screens — clock in, today's job, daily log, change order. They don't need to learn the rest. Office staff use the web app on a laptop.

How do you handle payroll?

ContractorFlow tracks every hour to the job, calculates regular and overtime, handles per-diem and reimbursements, and exports to Gusto, ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks Payroll. We don't run payroll directly — we feed your payroll provider clean, job-costed numbers.

We import customers, jobs in progress, open AR, open POs, vendors, material catalogs, employees, and historical estimates from Jobber, Buildertrend, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldPulse, Contractor Foreman, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Knowify, Procore, and CSV. Most migrations complete in 7–10 days.

Is my data safe?

SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypted at rest and in transit, daily backups, role-based permissions, and audit logging on every record change. You own your data — export it any time, in full, no charge.

What if I don't like it?

Cancel any time. No annual contract required. Take your data with you. If you're still in the 30-day trial, you never paid anything. If you're on a paid plan, we refund the unused portion of your current month. We earn the renewal — every month.
